Delivery and returns

How we deliver

Every order ships with Cargoesy Express from the UAE. You see the exact delivery price at checkout before you place your order. It is worked out from the destination and the packed size and weight of your pieces.

Each parcel has its own tracking number, which you can follow on your order page.

Inside the UAE

Delivery is usually the next working day after collection. You can pay the courier in cash or by card on delivery.

International

International orders ship express and are delivered duties unpaid (DAP). The customs authority in your country may charge import duty and tax, which the courier collects on delivery. Perfume ships under dangerous-goods rules for flammable liquids, and some destinations limit how much perfume can be sent in one parcel.

Tracking

Your order page updates on its own as Cargoesy scans your parcel. You can also look up any parcel on cargoesy.com with its tracking number.
